Career Design Studio

Hello and welcome to Career Design Studio (CDS) 👋

I'm so glad you've found your way here!

Career Design Studio (CDS) is a space to pause, reflect, get curious and make sense of where you are and where you might want to go next.

Life and careers don't always follow a straight line. They evolve, shift and sometimes take us in directions we never expected. Along the way, we can find ourselves questioning who we are, what matters and what comes next.

Whether you're navigating a career crossroads, experiencing a life change, rethinking your direction or simply feeling that something needs to be different, you're in the right place.

What you'll find here

My work brings together career development, personal and professional development, coaching and wellbeing, recognising that our careers don't exist in isolation from the rest of our lives.

Drawing on narrative practice and the Storied Approach, I create space for people to explore their experiences, make sense of the stories that shape them, reconnect with what matters and discover new possibilities.

I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role isn't to provide all the answers, but to help you find your own and explore the next steps that feel right for you.

Through coaching, reflective conversations, writing and workshops, Career Design Studio explores the many dimensions of life and career transitions.
