Career Design Studio is a place where you can come to think, explore, reflect, breathe, get really curious, learn, create space, take intentional action, make meaningful connections, and make sense of your career, studies, and life.

Your career is a journey that evolves throughout your life, and no matter where you are along that journey, you will find something here to help you along the way.

It goes beyond The Career Advice You Never Had podcast to deep dive into these four areas:

• Personal development

• Professional development

• Wellness

• Career development​

At the intersection of these four areas is where the magic happens and where I work from.

At CDS, you will learn more about yourself, understand what you can and can’t control, and how to take conscious, consistent steps forward. All of this will strengthen your ability to find your own answers and close the gap between where you are and who you’re becoming, while rebuilding your confidence along the way.

As a career development practitioner, the content I’ll bring you will be grounded in theories such as Planned Happenstance, the 4S Transition Theory, Bandura’s social learning theory and self-efficacy, dual-process decision-making, and synchronicity learning theory.

​

CDS is a collective space - where we will build a community of curious, like-minded people learning together, sharing insights, and normalising the uncertainty change brings as we all move through this time together.
